May 15, 2023
CLF Book

Industrial farming, and especially industrial food animal production, have failed us when judged against three pivotal criteria – ecology, economy and equity. That’s the bad news. The good news is that regenerative farming is poised to succeed on all three fronts. This CLF book lays out a vision for a win-win transition from industrial farming to regenerative farming that would also make our food system healthier and more democratic. Regenerative farming not only rebuilds natural resources, but it can also reinvigorate communities and strengthen regional economies.
