Hannah Holsinger

Hannah Holsinger, MPH, is a third year DrPH student in the Department of Environmental Health and Engineering. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology and food science from Virginia Tech in 2007 and her MPH in Environmental Health from the University of Kentucky in 2009. Hannah has been a scientist with the Environmental Protection Agency for eight years, starting as a public health fellow, where she works on drinking water public health issues. She is interested in the interaction between drinking water systems and food systems and how both systems can work towards mutually beneficial outcomes. Her adviser is Keeve Nachman, PhD, MHS.
