Comment Letter on Planned Amendments to Rules Governing Animal Feedlots

This comment letter responds to a request from the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency for information in advance of their revision of the rules governing animal feedlots. We provided a brief explanation of the link between the application of manure to agricultural land and public health and references to key research on the relationship between manure and water quality as it relates to feedlots.
