Lauren Gibbons, MS, received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Florida. Current research interests include examining associations between the local food environment and childhood obesity, with a specific focus on how public policy can be used to create healthier communities. Her doctoral advisor is Keshia Pollack, PhD in the Department of Health Policy and Management.
