Lacey Gaechter

Lacey Gaechter, MS, is a third-year DrPH student in the Department of Environmental Health and Engineering. Her research interests include the public health impacts of industrial food animal production and effective means for mitigating those impacts. Prior to joining the Bloomberg School, Lacey earned her MS in Kinesiology & Health from the University of Wyoming and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her professional background has been in the environmental field, with her volunteer and academic work focusing on advocacy for ethical food systems. Roni Neff, PhD, is her doctoral adviser.
